In a world that is pushing you to do more, work harder, be hotter, it can feel like all of our effort is not enough. Sometimes we look around and realize the thing we’ve been striving for isn’t really aligned with what our heart really wants.
The Feel Good Club is a weekly meet-up where you can bring one intention or goal that you feel called to work on.
This could look like:
Committing to a spiritual practice
Being a more peaceful boss/ mom/ friend
Finally starting a project
Getting honest about your finances/ health
Find a hobby/ discover something about yourself
Really putting yourself out there - on dates, making new friends
This isn’t about life hacks.
It’s about living.

In this closed group, we meet every Saturday of the month, 12-2 pm.
