Feel Good Club

In a world that is pushing you to do more, work harder, be hotter, it can feel like all of our effort is not enough. Sometimes we look around and realize the thing we’ve been striving for isn’t really aligned with what our heart really wants. 

The Feel Good Club is a weekly meet-up where you can bring one intention or goal that you feel called to work on.

This could look like:

  • Committing to a spiritual practice

  • Being a more peaceful boss/ mom/ friend

  • Finally starting a project

  • Getting honest about your finances/ health

  • Find a hobby/ discover something about yourself

  • Really putting yourself out there - on dates, making new friends

This isn’t about life hacks.
It’s about living.

Instead of getting swept up in to-do lists and going it alone, you’ll be witnessed (scary, I know)—but more importantly, you’ll see yourself in others too.

In this closed group, we meet every Saturday of the month, 12-2 pm.

Our gatherings are small and intimate by design—just a handful of women at a time—so there’s space to actually connect. Whether you're here for some healing, authentic connection, or simply to remember you’re not alone—this is a space to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
